The objective of TNP therapy (or therapy of the inner core) is to restore the condition of natural wealth for which we, as human beings, all continuously search. The effectiveness and efficiency of this method in relation to this objective was assessed by studying a sample of 118 patients suffering from various forms of psychological distress and psychopathology. The results were classified on the basis of 8 categories (see below).

The criteria used for the allocation of patients into these categories are:

I) definition of therapeutic meta-objective, such as:

a) recovery of internal resources

b) dissolution of the internal conflicts

c) increase of psychological well-being in the subjective perception

II) definition of the areas of the assessment:

a) emotional sphere: change in mood, particularly related to the problematic situation

b) cognitive sphere: change in the way of thinking (self-perception, perception of the situation related to the problem, perception of the possibility of a different condition)

c) behavioral sphere: change in behavior related to the problem

d) relational sphere: change in relational models, particularly in those related to the problem (if other people were involved)

III) evaluation of the results of the path by:

1) subjective perception of the therapist, referring to the criteria:

a) the patient's oral summary about the results obtained / not obtained

b) nonverbal aspects of the report of the patient (congruence with the oral summary)

2) subjective perception of the patient, referring to the self-assessment scale «1 to 10» (1 corresponds to the condition at the start location, 10 for the full achievement of therapeutic goals, according to the patient's subjective assessment ); score equal / greater than 7 is considered criterion necessary but not sufficient for categories 1, 2, 3, which concern «significant results» (see below).

The following are the results of observation in terms of the allocation of patients to these 8 categories:

1 - SIGNIFICANT RESULTS WITHIN 10 MEETING: 40.7

2 - SIGNIFICANT RESULTS WITHIN 20 MEETING: 12.7

3 - SIGNIFICANT RESULTS OVER 20 MEETING: 6.8

4 - SOME APPRECIABLE RESULTS WHATEVER N. OF MEETINGS: 8.5

5 – THERAPEUTIC PATH NOT COMPLETED WITH APPRECIABLE RESULTS: 12.7

6 - THERAPEUTIC PATH NOT COMPLETED WITHOUT APPRECIABLE RESULTS: 6.8

7 - APPARENTLY NO APPRECIABLE RESULTS THE END OF THERAPEUTIC PATH: 9.3

8 - DROP OUT: 2.5

We can see that within 20 meetings (categories 1 + 2) there are «significant results» in 53.4% of cases; while over 20 meetings (categories 1 + 2 + 3) the «significant results» rises to 60.2 %.

If we consider the macrocategory «tangible results» (categories 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5) the percentage reaches 81.4%. The remaining 18.6% of the results do not meet the expectations, of which 2.5% are made up of people who have left the path (category 8) after the first few meetings. Not considering this category (because it is not significant in relation to the effectiveness and efficiency of the method), the macrocategory «no appreciable results» (6 + 7) thus corresponds to a rate of 16.1%.

Currently there is an ongoing research that combines the non-invasive detection method called Bio-Explorer, which can track the frequency profile of the molecules in the brain as in the rest of the body, and Deep Nuclei Therapy. Through the use of Bio-Explorer, persistent emotional traces related to traumatic experiences can be detected, according to their molecular correlates. The research provides a comparison between the records through Bio-Explorer before and after implementation of a single laboratory of DNT.
